This patient presented for consultation with a severe root resoprtion and a recession (left photo). He had been advised that the tooth needed to be extracted and an implant placed. After consultation with an Endodontist, we decided to save the tooth, repair the resorption and do a gum graft. The photo on the right is a 5 year post-op. The patient is very pleased we the results.
